A visit to our High Performance Center is a unique experience. The headquarters of Team Visma | Lease a Bike is a professional and inspiring environment where all our departments come together. Our logistics center is the heart of the organization during all the races of the year. Here you can see the mechanics and the support team in action. From the yellow jerseys of Pauline Ferrand-Prévot and Jonas Vingegaard to the Paris-Nice trophy of Matteo Jorgenson and our various bicycles: our sports history comes to life here.

Inspiration Session
Team Visma | Lease a Bike has a rich history. Get inspired by our keynote speakers, all of whom are part of our team. We take you on our journey to write sports history by sharing surprising stories, interesting facts, and business lessons. Just like the training schedules of our riders, our keynotes are tailored. Whether you are looking for a session on talent development, entrepreneurship, or company culture, we make it possible. 

Our speakers are available at our High Performance Center but can also speak at your event on location.

Let your team experience real cycling during the Cycling Clinic of Team Visma | Lease a Bike.  

A unique clinic where technique, collaboration, and fun on the bike are central. Under the guidance of experienced instructors, you step into the world of the pros: from controlled cornering to handing out water bottles at full speed. 

Our clinic offers a suitable challenge for every level, whether you are riding a racing bike for the first time or already covering kilometers weekly.

Fuel like a Pro
Step into the world of professional sports nutrition and discover how our riders fuel their performance.

At Team Visma | Lease a Bike, smart, efficient, and personalized nutrition strategies are central to our success. With the help of The Athlete's FoodCoach App, we combine advanced technology, artificial intelligence, and the expertise of our performance chefs and nutritionists to provide each rider exactly what they need to perform at their best. 

Now we open our doors to share our knowledge and passion with you. During this exclusive interactive session, you will discover what it is like to eat like a top athlete. An experience that enriches, inspires, and gives you a real taste of our world.

Escape Game
No boring team building, but an interactive challenge where teams need to perform under pressure around sports themes. 

The Escape Game is designed to make behavior visible, not on paper, but in practice. We take teams out of their comfort zone and bring behavior to life. 

Afterwards, you can choose an open and honest debrief, where observations are shared and participants reflect on their own role.

Do you want to meet efficiently in a sporty and inspiring environment? We have three meeting rooms available.

Trophy Room - 8-30 people 
This meeting room has a Smart TV, a flip chart, and a conference call system and also offers a unique view of our workshop. 
Capacity: 8-16 people, expandable to 30 people by connecting with the Classics Room.

Trilogy Room - 8-10 people 
This meeting room is equipped with a Smart TV, a flip chart, and a conference call system and offers a unique view of our workshop.

Classics Room - 4-6 people 
A charming, smaller meeting room suitable for four people. This room has a Smart TV, a flip chart, and a conference call system.
